PLM thinks

When we designed our international logistics company, we sought to make digital technology its main differentiator in the market.

Kairos Labs helped us make this strategy a reality from conceptualization to implementation. Through their interview process, Kairos consultants delved into our industry and identified the biggest “headaches” of potential clients. Next, we jointly designed a first version of our digital platform that Kairos developed and put into operation in 3 months.

 

The end result is a tool that allows us to provide superior service to our clients and is our main resource to open doors with new prospects.
